Riverdeep and JDL Partner to Provide Schools

San Francisco, Calif. and the National Education Computing Conference (NECC), San Diego, Calif. – July 6, 2006 – Helping schools and districts meet both their business and technology requirements and optimize the performance of instructional applications is the impetus behind a new strategic alliance announced today by Riverdeep.

            Riverdeep and JDL Technologies have partnered to introduce proactive technical support services to enhance every district’s in-network real-time visibility on the availability, performance and usage of Riverdeep’s learning systems.

            “Through this partnership with JDL, Riverdeep will be able to provide our education customers with the support services they need to deploy and run our award-winning education solutions,” said Gail Elizabeth Pierson, Riverdeep’s chief education officer.  “JDL’s proactive alerting and remote trouble-shooting services helps ensure the high performance and usability of the Riverdeep Learning Village® instructional portal and the Riverdeep Learning Management System™.”

            Riverdeep and JDL will work with school customers to more quickly detect, report and resolve any problems associated with the deployment and use of Riverdeep’s products.
