Respiratory System models the mechanical and the chemical aspects of the human respiratory system. The mechanics of respiration, including the physical principles governing the movement of air into and out of the lungs, are presented in three lung views: air vessels, blood vessels, and muscles. The micro view deals with oxygen and carbon dioxide diffusion into and out of the blood, and the transport mechanisms of these gases.
